we went to a cemetery because i'm "morbid" and think they're cool.
the cemetery is right by one of my favorite places to go on back bay in d'iberville. smells like salt and shrimp.
the above photos were fun to edit because #1 it was SOOOO humid and dim outside. it was completely overcast plus it was around 8 pm. #2 i forgot to correct my WB so they came out extremely blue.
this is an unedited example/outtake... i think this photo is super creepy looking with me floating in the air and out of focus with my mouth wide open looking like scream. ew.
i also did my first infant shoot the other day with my new cousin lily knox! this is probably an area i don't want to specialize in too much but i'll do it. i also said that about weddings the first time i did one. i think it's just a matter of becoming comfortable and more confident. blah! i'm still going through the photos but here's a favorite:
i believe that is all for today.
I love you, my brainiac nerd of a sister (referring to your dictionary.com texts that are regularly sent to your phone.
ReplyDeleteYou are so talented and definitely have an eye.
Love you, Brandy
Incredible eye. Your photos are beautifully artistic and your QUALITY is AMAZING. I know that SO much of has to do with your photographic awesomeness, but I have to ask that annoying question of "What camera do you use?" and "What is your favorite lens?" <3
ReplyDeleteOoh. One more thing... do you use a flash? {If yes, what kind?}
ReplyDeleteTo give a disclaimer, I am very much soaking up as much info/advice as possible. :)
OHHH wow, i didn't even know these comments were here!!! i just upgraded to the canon 5d... droolworthy. my favorite lens is probably my 35mm! It just depends on what i need... i really like my 85mm as well. actually, i like any and all prime lenses. they make me happy. lots of happy. it is quite all right for you to soak up as much info/advice as possible. yes! ;)
ReplyDeleteALSO... i use the 430ex flash... i don't use it much. never outside... mainly just a reflector.
